Nexthaus provides technical support 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week to ensure that you are constantly synchronizing your data across all devices. You can reach our support team by email and telephone. You can also find support information within the SyncJe suite of products user guides.
If you purchased your SyncJe Client(s) before June 21, 2007, you may purchase a maintenance and support plan for a yearly fee of $7.95.
If you purchased your SyncJe client(s) on or after June 21, 2007,you are provided with a one-year maintenance and support plan from date of purchase. You may continue to receive maintenance and support after the first year from date of purchase for $7.95 per year.
Registration
If you are having difficulties registering your client, please:
1. Check your spelling, the license name and license key are case sensitive.
2. Download the latest version of your client.
3. Contact support at support@nexthaus.com
